Project description
The project boasts a central location between the Opera and the Musikverein with unobstructed views of the Karlsplatz. The house itself is a palais with palace-like rooms on the typical floors.

The richly textured facade was renovated and adapted in the Akademiestrasse with facade lighting to match the Ring Hotel and the Business Academy.

The staircase has also been renovated and equipped in the entrance area with crystal chandeliers. A garage was built to the left of the entrance of the Bösendorferstrasse where a hydraulic ramp has
ample space for 3 cars.

The penthouse will be built on 3 levels. On the top terraces, a swimming pool shall be installed for each apartment. 3 penthouses have been built which are probably the best in the city at this time.

Particularly noteworthy are the large panoramic glass panels that grant unobstructed panoramic views over the Karlsplatz and the city.

Furthermore, much attention has been paid to the arrangement of air spaces and terraces which were thus incorporated into the daily living needs. So is each next to the kitchen, all apartments have a terrace.

Location and infrastructure

The building enjoys a central location in the 1st district. In the immediate vicinity is the Vienna State Opera, where the world famous Opera Ball is celebrated annually.

As well as the Musikverein, the venue for the New Year’s Concert. Furthermore, the Naschmarkt and cultural institutions such as the Albertina, which are easily reached on foot. The luxury apartments are located just a few meters from the stations of the subway lines U1, U2 and U4 and well numerous bus routes and shops, supermarkets and restaurants are located in the vicinity.
